HOA dues are currently @ $220.00 per month and an additional $144.00 per month if you own a condominium. There is also a one-time initiation fee of $950.00 per lot. It is a non transferable fee for social membership to the golf course and is collected on every escrow.  The curent tax base is 1.39%.  Your master association fee includes basic Cable TV service.
